Herman Chan is President of Sunbird Software, a global company that is changing the way data centers are managed through radically simplified DCIM software. Prior to his role at Sunbird, Chan was the DCIM General Manager and VP of Marketing at Raritan, Inc. He pioneered Raritan's successful entry into the intelligent power management segment -- helping Raritan to gain industry leadership.  He then managed Raritan’s emerging data center infrastructure management (DCIM) business and oversaw Raritan’s global marketing strategy and programs supporting all of Raritan's business units. Herman holds a degree in Economics from Rutgers University. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, videography, watching kids excel in their academics and other activities, e.g. hockey, skating, lacrosse, cheer, and volunteer work.
