James Wong is the Director of Product Management at Pfannenberg Sales America. In his role his main focus is to maintain a proper product portfolio that balance between maintaining value of existing product and finding new innovations that provide solutions for customer and new markets. He has been with the company for 3 years and continue to learn and explore about the many thermal management solutions for the enclosure industry. He is a Mechanical Engineer by training and is born in Malaysia with a passion for outdoor sports such as cycling, running, Scuba diving and many more.
