Jon LaPorta has been with Pfannenberg’s for over 8 years and is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service in the U.S. His main role is to work with the sales, product management and marketing teams to get a better understanding of how to better meet the product and services needs of customers and then tailor the messaging and day to day experiences to fulfill those expectations.  Jon also has an extensive creative background and is a member of AIVA and a judge for the Telly Awards.
